We are looking to expand our team and invite passionate and talented HVAC technicians to join us in delivering exceptional service.

The Role

As we expand, an opportunity has arisen for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration technician to join our service team. Our candidate could be a full-time employee or a dedicated contractor. You will be involved in general diagnostics, service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, along with new installations. This is a crucial role ensuring that our clients air conditioning and refrigeration needs are met efficiently and professionally.

  • The hourly rate base rate is negotiable, ranging from $40-$60 per hour depending on experience.

Essential Requirements

We currently require a qualified technician who has the following:

  • Exceptional fault-finding abilities and strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Friendly professional manner, able to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to a wide range of clients.

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

  • Team focused and able to provide leadership and training for Apprentices.

  • Ability to plan and set priorities.

  • Full unrestricted, Australian working rights.

Qualifications and Licences

The successful candidate will also hold the following:

  • Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 

  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence 

  • Restricted electrical licence. 

  • Construction/White Card

  • A current driver's licence.

  • Current CPR certification
